Refund Policy

Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. With 24 or more hours’ notice we will issue a full refund of any payment made online, or release the time slot at no charge for sessions paid in person.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee. We do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies — please reach out and we will work with you.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Group readings
Group readings are paid online at the time of booking. Refunds for group readings follow the same 24-hour window. The organizer is responsible for the full session fee and any attendee changes.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire and may be applied to any session.
How to request a refund
Email scotwithonet@me.com or call 617-320-5836. Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
